Come and play Funny Quiz at one of our regular venues. We choose carefully where we have our weekly events. It says on page 1 of the Funny Quiz constitution, “If the schnitzel doesn’t fit, you must acquit*”.

The Saracens Head - Mondays 7pm
Comedian host: Jono Makai & Rohan Harry
Jono and Rohan have been telling jokes in the city for years. Now they’re making people answer questions in the city. 82 Carrington Street in the city to be exact. The front bar of The Saracens Head is an ideal setting for a fun and friendly way to start your week. Registration 6:30pm, questions from 7pm.
Findon Hotel - Mondays 7pm
Comedian host: Ally Dent
The Findon Hotel’s Rat ‘n’ Parrot is a traditional British pub for a traditional British pub quiz. Ok, maybe not exactly. Pub quizzes in London probably don’t have as many questions about Adelaide as we do. I’ve been there. They have no idea who Johnny Haysman is. Losers.
Anyhoo, ABC Radio’s Jason Chong is your host every Monday in Findon. He’s allowed to be a bit ruder than he is on the radio, but he might not be.
Brighton Metro Hotel - Tuesdays 7pm
Comedian host: Jono Makai
Where it all began. Brighton Metro is the spiritual home of Funny Quiz. Hundreds of quizzers have a good feed and a top night out in the Sports Bar and Beer Garden. You should be next. Registration from 6:30pm.
Lockleys Hotel - Tuesdays 7pm
Comedian host: Mark Metaphor
The Lockleys Hotel has just undergone a major renovation, making it (in our humble opinion) the best pub in the western suburbs. Join us every Tuesday night in the Garden Bar for questions, answers and a laugh or two.
Bridgewater Inn - Tuesdays 7pm
Comedian host: Libby Trainor Parker
The Bridgewater Inn is an absolute gem of the Adelaide Hills. The brand new beer garden is gorgeous. Perfect for answering questions in. The food is delicious as well. Also, Libby Trainor Parker is a delight. There’s literally no downside to you bring bringing your mates for some Funny Quizzing.
The Pier Glenelg - Tuesdays 7pm

Join legendary Adelaide comedian Michal Bowley every Tuesday night at the beautifully refurbished Pier Hotel.

Situated at the historic Auchendarroch House in Mt Barker, comedian Bill Egan is in charge of questions and answers and prizes. Bill has created a fun, friendly atmosphere which is ideal for optimum quiz performance. Registration starts from 6:30pm.
Royal Oak, North Adelaide - Tuesdays 7pm

Look, he may not like talking about it very much, in fact some days he will only bring it up 6 or 7 times. But did you know Jono Makai is a Reynella Wineflies premiership player?
Come and hear him talk about it ad nauseum every Wednesday night. I bet you ten bucks he doesn’t mention it was only in C-Grade.
Anyway, the thing is, Jono writes the questions so it’s straight from the horse’s mouth. Just don’t refer to him as “the horse”. He’ll take that the wrong way.
Hope Inn Hotel - Wednesdays 7pm

The Hope Inn is a bit like Cheers. No, there’s not a former Major League Baseballer behind the bar everybody doesn’t know your name. Yet. That would be weird. It;s a great friendly place to quiz. You should totally come.
